Build a bomb proof glass wall around the wailing wall to protect it as it is a heritage site that must be preserved as much as possible. Lord & King David and Lord & King Solomon rule us from the heavens above. Shalom!

With the inevitable 'urban rise' happening globally and world conflict on the rise too, protection needs to keep pace with technological advances!

Stop Gaza Missles

Joseph Korson 12 years ago 0
This is a simple idea that will literally make a big noise to raise awareness of the unjustifiable and constant missile attacks from Gaza. The campaign will operate on multiple levels: 1. Direct action through creative publicity stunts  2. A means for anyone to participate in a simple but vocal way 3. PR and resources for follow up.

1. Direct Action
Small teams of 4 - 5 volunteers in major capitals that sit on the security council will be deployed with hand cranked WW2 air raid sirens. They will scout out a few areas of deployment in their host city. Every time and air raid siren sounds in Israel because of a missile or mortar attack they will deploy and sound the siren in solidarity. Before the campaign starts in each city a press release and/or advert will explain what the campaign is about. This is borderline civil disobedience but with a social responsibility to not create panic. The aim of the teams will be to deploy and then disappear until the next siren and missile barrage on Israel.

2. Participate
Once the campaign starts, follow up measures need to be in place to allow common people to participate. An app will be created that will instantly alert the user to an air raid siren in Israel. They will have a choice to play a siren on there iPhone or Android devise in solidarity. The display will have a graphic showing what city is under attack and its population. We will also create resources for others to participate more proactively including creating a cell of there own with all training and equipment made available.

3. PR
Our job is to raise awareness of this great injustice. We will rely partly on the ISraeli government to provide followup. In case they drop the ball on this we should also have a PR arm that can provide the followup to the media and other interested parties.
