This seems pretty forceful.  Not just the Bomb Shelter but, simulate an actual bombing with the Zeva Adom and countdown for everyone within a certain radius or within a red circle to get into the bomb shelter.  Inside the cries of terrified children and remnants of actual Quassam's.  Each piece accompanied by photos of the location where it landed, date, time, number of bombs within that 24-hour period, and heat of an Israeli summer.
