I agree, I think focusing on free speech is a great idea.  What other countries do you think should be included in that?

One way to obtain some ratings could be to work with student fellow programs of organizations such as CAMERA and Christians United for Israel.  These students would be a resource to help determine the criteria that Joseph mentioned.

I think that this could be a good idea in that it will make students more aware of Israel's viewpoint.  I do see Max's point however.  Max, did you have any ideas in mind that would be less reactionary?  

I think this is an awesome idea as well.  We could maybe even assign certain pages to teams of two people who could both check those to ensure accuracy.

Another t-shirt idea would be to make "I heart Israel" t-shirts.  These could look just like the "I heart NY" t-shirts, but could maybe have the Israelize emblem on the back.  I have seen lots of students on my campus wear the "I heart NY" shirts from when they visited NY.  Students would be able to duplicate that same look and show their support for Israel without even having to travel. By offering the shirts in lots of different colors, I think we could attract a pretty large market.
