Peace Photography
An inexplicable number of photos show us the faces of the victims, their suffering. In our minds, there are only ideas of compassion and pity. The impotence force us to close the dairy and avoid encountering with problems in the world. Initially, the intention was to create empathy, the result is the empowerment of isolation and apathy.
Through this project, I intend to show the world a different face of global problems, in this case the situation in de Meadle East. Find, explore and interact with victims in order to get those bright spots that serve as hope for those who have lost the sense of his life.
Show solutions, actions that take place every day to improve situations that until now seemed to have no solution, providing all interested a place to put their grain of sand.
So basically, what we need is to create a group of photographers in Israel, take our photos an then expose them in all over the world, showing a different face of the situation.

in principle, I like the idea of a photography project though I do not exactly understand your idea just yet. What I like is the concept of showing solutions - I can see how that could work for Israel's benefit.
Would you care to explain further or indeed show us a picture or two of what it is you intend to do?

Hi to everyone! As I promise, I'll try to explain the idea in a more practical way. The idea is to find projects that are working in any way in order to solve the situation in the middle east and photograph them. For example, tomorrow I'll have a meeting with a young movement who works with Arabs and Jews and develop every kind of activities in order to make them to work together. The objective is to show the world than in both groups, Arabs and Jews, are people seeking for peace and doing something to make it possible and change the image of Israel as the "bad guy".
In a practical way, our work will be: seek a group, go and make the pictures, create a portfolio and make an exhibition in as many places as possible. The exhibition will include a direct link with the projects, information about them, and the possibility of buying the picture or do a donation.
We won't work as a official project of Israel, we don't want us to be in the same group of the Hasbara groups, because everyone think that they use the information just in favor to Israel. We are a neutral factor of people who believe in peace ant who want to help to those working for peace in Israel.
Te pictures would have the same format and style of a photojournalism photos. We have to, in 4 or 5 pictures show to the people how the projects work, what there are doing and results.
Again, this is a starting project, every idea will be take.
Tomorrow after the meeting with the young movement I hope that I can start to work and prepare one part of the exhibition.
