More sports for young Arab men so they use up their energy in sports and not terrorism.

"Their energy" doesn't have to be limited to sports, they can include music, arts, technology, etc. Provided their brainwashing to want to kill Jews and erase Israel off the face of the map can be corrected with facts and they are taught to make their decisions with reason and intelligence, they shouldn't be limited to areas that are a potential 'threat' unless they, or the individual, are in fact a threat to Israel.
Your idea is very general and not quite going to correct a real problem. They commit acts of terrorism to become martyrs and go to paradise and help contribute to a goal of eradicating Israel. If you change their 'dream' to something that they have more passion about than that (which requires eradicating the 'brainwashing') then you offer them a future. For example: If they are inspired by a concert pianist, the music composition and the standing ovation thereafter and it's more appealing than blowing themselves up, then you have changed their perspective and their 'future goals'.
Furthermore, 'Arab' men should also be re-written as 'Muslim', as Arab's in Israel and Middle East are defined differently within the Middle-East and around the world. Even within Israel "Arabs" is also used to define Coptic Christians, and other minorities, so the term "Arab" is not accurate to what I assume was in fact "Muslims."
This is a noble endeavor, but there is a huge foundation flaw that needs to be dealt with before it's even feasible: Islam's sole purpose is to hate and kill Jews, eradicate Israel and slaughter all infidels that do not convert.
Their religion of hate has many flaws and are pointed out in great detail by Walid Shoebat, who was in fact a devout Muslim and terrorist before converting to Christianity after trying to convert his wife to Islam. His argument at the time was "The Bible has many inconsistencies". His wife challenged him to point them out and he found out that it is Islam that is riddled with inconsistencies and those are the basis for an argument with a Muslim who places his/her trust in Islam.
